I lead Global Corporate Services in Dubai and serve as a partner at Nadeem and Umendra. In Türkiye, I am the founder of Bolten Law Firm in Istanbul. My professional reach extends into Switzerland and Europe, where I manage wealth portfolios and private equity projects for private clients and companies.

I provide legal architecture for families and corporations organising their footprint between Zurich, Istanbul and the Middle East — drafting shareholder agreements, keeping structures compliant across jurisdictions, and building asset protection and succession plans that bridge different legal systems.

Merging legal advocacy with practical investment insight lets me keep an international expansion both secure and efficient. My aim is to bridge European stability and emerging market growth with counsel that holds up in each of them.
